SMS/MMS Notifications
SMS/MMS notifictions will only be sent to you if you indicate your desire to have these sent to you via one of our online forms or if you've provided this consent verbally or in written form. We will not send unsolicited messages to your mobile number.

We will never sell, lease, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile number to any third parties, unless required by law or explicitly consented by you. Following your opt-in, SMS/MMS messages that will be sent to you include updates and reminders related your account such as updates and reminders related to appointments, invoices, quotes, and surveys.

Security
All information that you enter into our website is encrypted and secured via a 2048-bit SSL certificate. This means that when you visit our website, you'll notice that the web address is always preceeded by 'HTTPS'. Some browsers will also show a lock symbol in the address bar to indicate that the site is protected with a valid SSL certificate.

When it comes to digital security, our website was built with industry best practices and is monitored and maintained by a third party who ensures that relevent software patches are applied in a timely manner.

Payment Card Processing
All payment card transactions that originate from this site are processed by Stripe. As a matter of PCI DSS compliance (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), Clean Moves does store critical details of your payment card number on its servers. The information that is stored on our servers that pertains to your payment card includes the brand of your payment card, the last 4 digits of your payment card number, and the expiration month/year of your payment card.

Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions apply to those who have received a quotation from us, have paid for service, and/or have received service from us.

General

1) All fragile items must be secured or removed from the premises prior to cleaning.

2) All clients must provide access to hot water and power.

3) If you will not be home at the time of cleaning, you must provide us with instructions on how we can gain access to your property to include keys and gate codes.

Pricing

1) We reserve the right to amend any estimates that have been provided by our service advisors or booking form. In the case of amendment, the client will be notified before service is rendered.

2) Estimates or charges relating to the first cleaning may not be indicative of the pricing of future appointments. Depending on the condition of the property, future service may be priced higher or lower. Pricing of future appointments will be discussed with the client following initial service and before subsequent appointments.

Payments

1) Unless provided prior to service, payment will be requested on the day of the cleaning. We do accept Net-30 terms and are happy to invoice you.

2) Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, credit card, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

Promotions

1) Any coupons used on initial booking will not be applied to future appointments.

2) No 'frequency discount' will be applied to a client's initial booking. A frequency discount will only be applied to subsequent bookings provided these bookings follow the schedule (eg. Weekly) indicated on the initial booking.

Complaints and Claims

1) In case of a complaint or claim, we must be notified within 24 hours after completion of the service.

2) Complaints are accepted over the phone and in writing (email).

3) We strive to ensure that each of our clients is satisfied with the value that they've received from our company. Upon receiving a complaint or claim, we will review the situation and work with the client to establish a mutually agreed upon resolution.

Cancellations

1) Cancellations or adjustments to the appointment time can be done up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the cleaning without financial penalty.

2) Cancellations or adjustments to the appointment time that take place within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time of the cleaning will incur no penalty.

3) In the event that our cleaners are not able to gain access to the property to perform the cleaning (i.e. keys don't work, turned away, etc.), the client is required to pay a rejection fee of $25.00 to cover time and fuel.

4) Cancellations or adjustments that take place after work has been started will be billed at full rate.

Payment Terms

Payments made within 10 days of the invoice date will receive a 2.0% discount on the invoice amount before tax. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of non-payment by the due date, a one-time late payment fee of 3.5% of the invoice total will be applied to the invoice.

Home Cleaning - Move In/Move Out

Includes all services listed on our Services page of this website with the exception of special requests or additional labor. (i.e. Moving furniture still on the premises, bagging excessive trash, etc.)

Initial Quotes are based on $0.50 per square foot of floorspace to be cleaned. This rate drops to $0.30 per square foot of floorspace above 2000 square foot.

This quote is not binding and is an estimate until confirmed. Rates can be adjusted based on the visiting and confirming the condition of the property.
