No, you are not required to be present for your scheduled cleaning. You'll simply have to provide us with a copy of your house key, security or gate codes, the date of service and the address. Keys will be returned promptly and security or gate codes will never be recorded outside of our email correspondence.

The house keys of my clients are safe guarded in multiple ways. On days when your house is not to be cleaned, if already given, your key will be locked up.
